We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of this website to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), we will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content published on this website infringes your copyright, please send a written notification containing the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its exact URL on this website.
  3. Your full name, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Notices can be submitted via the contact page of this website. Please include "DMCA Notice" in the subject of your message.

Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice we will:

  • remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material without undue delay,
  • make a reasonable effort to notify the party that posted the material,
  • document the notice for our records.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing your contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court (or, outside the United States, the appropriate judicial body). If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate cooperation with parties who repeatedly supply infringing content.
